Topics:  Follow the course you are on – this life here
There should not be a rich desire to die
There are no shortcuts in the universe
              Conflict always follows shortcuts
Remember the consequences of Eve’s decision
JarEl has seen many people who live with regret
Be patient, be steady – things will get better
It does take courage to live this life

Questions:  What do you consider old age?

Prayer:  Donna:  Father, thank you for this evening and this group gathered here.  Thank you for the teacher JarEl who you have given us to learn from.  Thank you for all of our blessings.  Please help us to listen and learn, in Christ Michael’s name, Amen.

JarEl:  TR, George:  Good evening.  It is I, your teacher JarEl.  (Welcome)  It is good to be back in this small and intimate group, although I know that more people will later read this.  And,
therefore, I cater this message not just for this group but for the
larger audience that is out there so that they may glean off of what I
say a personal message just for them.

I may,
at many times, speak of all the wonderful things that await you once
you die, I may even go as far as to describe the things that you may do
and the things that you may see.  But, despite
all this extraordinary new experience, you are still alive here on this
planet and you must still follow this course until the day that you
eventually cross over.  But none of this should be hastened.  There should not be a rich desire to die just because it is many times better on the other side.  There
are no short cuts in the universe and you shortcutting your life to
experience something better only deepens the hurt and the anguish that
you may currently experience.

In all the paths that you will travel in your life you will come up with decisions.  You can either shortcut a decision or you can take the long hard road that will get you there in a better fashion.  Always when you shortcut, conflict follows for it is not the way it was meant to be.  When you make quick decisions you alter what should have been and conflict ensues in its wake.  You
will eventually understand the dynamics behind all of the decision
making that you do once you arrive on the mansion worlds and you have
been there for a while.  You will begin to comprehend the threads of life that follow you and how everything that you
do affects everyone else and everything around you.

  So
when you create a situation here on this planet where you cheated not
only yourself, but also others, you harm them and you harm yourself.  One of the greatest examples of this is Adam and Eve for they tried to shortcut God’s plan.  And look where that led them, so much conflict and turmoil resulted from that one decision that Eve made.  And
thus in your lives when you shortcut certain things that you know are
wrong and you know that you can do it the right way, yet for whatever
reason, you decide to just shortcut it, and such is your life, my
friends.

 For
those of you who anguish over this current life and wish that you were
somewhere else, be patient, be steady - things will get better, your
life will improve.  And if you manage to survive,
you will not only do that, but you will also have the satisfaction of
sticking it through and knowing that you did the right thing for
yourself.  I have seen too many people who have crossed over by their own hand and live in regret on this side.  For they knew that they did the wrong thing for themselves.  They had so much desired to leave a situation they were in.  It is not an easy thing to do and it is a much harder thing to experience.  So
listen to me when I say this to you – that it will be easier for you to
remain, to stay, to live out your life no matter what happens, no
matter what comes your way, no matter how hard it gets.  It
is better than living with that regret, for that is a scar that many
have carried for thousands of years in their lives and it is difficult
to overcome.

In your lives you will have to overcome many things, why add to the pile?  The hurt that many of you feel inside will not go away when you die.  The experiences that you have that torment you so much will carry over to the other side.  You cannot escape your situation and you cannot escape the decisions that you must make.  You can only delay them.  But they will eventually come back to you in more ways than one.

It takes courage to live this life.  It takes courage to live on Urantia.  Be courageous, be strong, live your lives out until that day when you either die by accident or from old age.

Are there any questions here tonight?

Lucille:  What do you consider old age?

JarEl:  TR, George:  While many are living longer, old age is simply the age at which the life expectancy of your race is determined.  It will one day be that old age is 200, but not today.  It is simply a determiner of when your body gives out.  Allow
it to give out, allow it to get to that point where you have exhausted
your entire life, you’ve used all your energy and you can go no more.  The analogy is driving your car until the wheels fall off.  Make the most of your life.  Live your lives to the fullest and appreciate each moment as it
passes.  And with that I leave you.  Goodnight.

All:  Goodnight JarEl
