*	Lantarnek (Jonathan TR):  Greetings to all of you in this 
wonderful congregation, I am Lantarnek.  I delight in your 
attention.  Your dedication to Michael is astounding.
	Were you to have been birthed upon a different world you 
would have missed the great opportunity given you in the Urantia 
experience.  It will be apparent to you in your subsequent life 
what a blessing this current life experience you are having is 
to you.  Nowhere else do you have such a broad spectrum within 
which to discern truth, to express goodness, and to behold 
beauty, for it is in the contrast to these states of soul that 
you are more deeply drawn to that reality that you are more 
fully convicted in your dedication to the Father’s revealing 
presence.
	As you pursue the deepening of your recognition of spirit 
within, you are learning how profitable the episodes of your 
lives are, for your engagements are tempering.  While the saint, 
the monk, may enjoy the solitude of communion with the divine 
and withdrawal from the world, it is a softer experience than 
the rugged realities of treading the path of daily chores, of 
daily responsibilities, all the while reaching to God and 
maintaining a conscious awareness of association, of fellowship 
and assistance.  Your experiences have accumulated to the point 
where you are now our coworkers for assisting Urantia.  This 
present status that you hold, while it appears to be one of 
spirit favor, is truly one of humble responsibility.
	This planet is populated with many hungry souls.  Each of 
you is a source of nourishment; each of you are saving hands to 
those who reach for help.  You have felt the duty, the call, to 
Michael.  Your prayers have asked for his grace and love and 
mercy upon your ailing and hurting friends and associates.  In 
this prayer you have been received by Michael, commissioned, and 
sent forth to be the conduit of the answer of your prayer to 
your fellows.  No formal training or education is required, for 
behind you -- truly within you -- are all the qualifications of 
the presence of the Spirit of Truth.
	Maintain a sensitivity, a spirit ear, and you will be 
supported; you will receive Creator supplement that will feed 
your fellows.
	It is in the small tasks that another soul is healed.  As 
with your projects on the material plane, so it is in the realm 
of spirit unfoldment, one item at a time; one accomplishment 
before another is how the goal is reached, is how another 
receives ministry, for we are all within the confines of time.  
Though the heart would seek for complete fulfillment 
immediately, it is the wisdom of experience that reminds you of 
the patience required to pursue incrementally your goal, your 
destiny, and the fulfillment of ministry.
	Today my intent is to assure you of your qualification, 
regardless of your assessment of your abilities.  It is the 
power of Michael that is the driving energy within you, that is 
the guiding light, that is the floodtide of love.  I encourage 
you to always be alert to the potential for revelation.  It will 
proceed through you and at times may startle you.  Be prepared, 
for it is the answer to your heart’s longing to be Michael’s 
servant.  It will also be thrilling to witness such occurrences 
emerging out of a commonplace event.
	I know you well.  I trust you.  I thank you for receiving my 
address today.

*	Elyon (Mark):  I greet you as well, this is Elyon.  I would 
work with Lantarnek and overlay some more commonplace imagery as 
the metaphor of springtime is upon us.  The ideas of 
transformation on your world come to mind in the material 
manifestation of your birds of the realm.
	As you are familiar, when the youngest birds first hatch, 
they are covered with downy feathers which serve no purpose in 
flight but rather serve the essential purpose of keeping these 
developing babies warm while the comfort and nourishment and 
stability of life is provided by the parent bird. These small 
birds come to know intimately the presence of their parents as 
they are furnished with the necessities of life.
	In a very short time this nest full of baby birds becomes 
eager to anticipate the arrival of their parent bearing food and 
safety and security.
	The transformation continues as the birds grow and lose the 
feathers intended for warmth and preservation in exchange for 
the new set of feathers which enable them to access a new 
dimension previously unavailable to them.  They remain dependent 
upon their parents but as time passes become more and more 
inquisitive and curious and eager to see what life has in store 
for them and to experiment and try their new-found wings to see 
what they are capable of.  Inherent within their species, in 
their very beings, are the patterns that they need to follow in 
order to properly develop from fledgling to young adult birds.
	Before long their sense of instinct prods them to flitter 
back and forth between branches and the nest, experimenting with 
their new capabilities.  At some point these young birds, having 
grown the courage and desired the experience, take their first 
steps in flight and prove to themselves and to the others that 
they are indeed capable of what they were meant to manifest.  So 
this scenario is true with all of you.
	When we were first fortunate enough to come together to 
develop the relationship we now enjoy, you were as downy covered 
eager chicks.  You awaited with eagerness the arrival of our 
meetings so that you might receive the nourishment of spirit.  
You were ready to open your mouths and cry out to be fed this 
nourishment of spirit, as this was in you as the instinct is in 
the bird.  As you developed over these years your downy feathers 
have given way to sturdy, strong, wing feathers.  While you are 
still eager to open your mouths and receive the nourishment 
brought to you from your assistants outside the nest, you are 
more and more willing to go find your own sources of 
nourishment.
	Now comes the final stage wherein you are capable of 
providing this nourishment, this spiritual sustenance, to those 
other needy birds who are still in the nest.  Their feathers 
have not fully developed.  They are seeking spiritual sustenance 
from outside their nests.  They recognize the providers, and 
they open wide their mouths to receive this input.  Inside each 
of you is the very same instinct as this bird contains to 
provide for others, to be of service to those younger and in 
need of direction, of purpose, of reality in their lives.  They 
will perceive from you that you have a worm to share with them.  
They will gladly accept this nourishment, this sustenance, from 
you as you wisely and properly offer it to them.
	It is glorious to be the manifestation of such strong and 
proud birds as yourselves.  You are learning that your flight is 
endless, your experience boundless, and yet you so desire to 
return to the breeding grounds, to return to the nest, that the 
little ones may be nourished and may come and enjoy the same 
freedom of experience you enjoy now.  So, as Lantarnek stated, 
be not afraid of how this will manifest; it is innate, it is 
within you.  It merely needs to be exposed and fostered that it 
may be about its business.
	There will be times when you may act as the one receiving 
from those more skilled birds than yourself.  There will be 
times when you provide the needed nourishment and the required 
sustenance for those who will look to you at that moment for 
that service.  There we have the circle.  It is glorious to see 
that we can discuss the role we might play in the circle of 
evolution that is the reality on your world.  By your courage 
and your strength and your devotion you will find where it is 
that you fit into this pattern, and you will become a useful 
conduit.
	That is the imagery I would overlay onto Lantarnek’s 
message.  I as well appreciate this hour, this time, that you 
open your mouths wide that we may bring you a morsel of 
nourishment from without that you may be made better and 
stronger for your journey as you take flight and as you find 
others in need of a morsel of reality of strength and of courage 
that you may provide.
	Enjoy what freedom and liberty the effort you have applied 
into growing to be such splendid birds who command the wind and 
control your flight.  Realize that this all, as magnificent as 
it is, is only but a taste of the magnificence as we all spread 
our universal wings and navigate the distance from where we are 
to the Father.
	I thank you for your time, your interest, and your love.  I 
share it with you and look forward to our flitting about 
together.  Thank you.

	Jonathan:  Thank you. That imagery underlines the notion 
that no matter our spiritual standing, between lowly human and 
exalted Paradise citizen, we have all that within us.  We can 
feel like a common pigeon or inspired by a majestic eagle such 
as yourself.  We’re qualified and ought not to talk ourselves 
out of being able and ready.

*	Elyon:  While I’m flattered that you would call me a 
majestic eagle, there are many species of bird we are both 
unaware of and that would make even our most magnificent earthly 
species humble.
