* Evanson (Jonathan TR): Greetings to you all, this is Evanson.
Let us look for a moment at the idea of spirit infusion and make some
distinctions that I feel are critical to obtaining and maintaining spirit
contact; I speak of the spirit of divinity, not that of personality contact
among
entities such as myself and yourselves.
Perhaps the easiest way to begin is to look at the idea that you are a
child of God and, in having that realization, you naturally understand you
belong
in the family of God. Now the subtle distinction I desire to draw to notice is
contained in small, seemingly insignificant words that can cause stumbling. I
have just said that you realize as a child of God you belong to the family of
God. That word "belong" can still imply a transience, a temporary-ness. Like
for instance if you apply for membership and your membership time period expires
you would then no longer belong. Of course, we know that in the Father's family
you are permanent. It would be a stronger statement to say not that you belong
to the Father's family but that you are the Father's family.
When you feel the infusion of divine spirit some of these subtle
demarcations can play which can again lead to a temporary experience. If
you say
you are filled with spirit, it implies you are the container and spirit
fills the
void. This is good for spirit ministers in this way, but it would be closer and
perhaps better to consider yourselves commingled, something more like a sponge
soaked with water, for the demarcations blur. Spirit appears to be more of you
than in you. Being infused is when those distinctions cease, when you are
spirit
in motion, itself, not just the transporter, but spirit in motion itself. This
awareness is what Michael sought to bring to all when he said that, "I and my
Father are one", and that, "I am in Him, and He is in me", and "I am in you".
To an ascender who is sincere and humble this understanding of infusion
does not lead to a false sense of one's value, one's superiority. It does not
lead to fanaticism of privilege, of a specialness above any others who do
not yet
have the experience of oneness. Rather it brings a solemnity, the desire --
I am
catching myself at my own lesson, for you do not desire simply to manifest, to
express God or spirit, but you desire to be that spirit. This is powerful to
function with this realization. It will be difficult to maintain. You will,
more often than not, experience it periodically, for you, like myself, have not
yet experienced Father fusion, which would remove the need for this lesson
entirely. So, it becomes our exercise to come to this awareness and to do so in
a balanced manner in which we do recognize the greatness of deity, that all
powerful being from which we derive our existence, but yet simultaneously
removing all barriers that cause us to feel a separation; to be a child of God,
not as a membership but as a birthright, irrevocable. This is a possession
cherished by all souls who long for the God of All.
Take in that spirit embrace, thoroughly remove the demarcations that would
cause you to set yourself apart. As time goes on these separations will
diminish
in duration and, eventually, that moment of fusion will occur, and oneness will
be permanent for all of eternity.
I have finished my remarks, thank you.

Mark: Thank you, Evanson.
May I ask you and the other teachers to join us in a petition to the Father
that we more fully realize that we are the sponge and He is the moisture.
We ask
for the strength, wisdom, and tools to remove the barriers between us and the
Father. We pray for increased understanding to allow our birthright to come to
fruition. We ask with certainty that the Father intends that we have these.

(a prayer follows for the needs and wants of others in the group.)

Tom: On the same subject, is it possible for Debbie to speak with us to
direct some words of comfort to her ailing sister?
* Daniel: This is Daniel. I am the messenger for Debbie. I convey to you
her thoughts.
Be ever mindful of your eternal destiny. Engage your decisions of the hour
with that destiny as your backdrop. Cherish every moment as an opportunity for
growth for oneself, for service for others. Physical life is fragile. I
struggled to maintain a level of comfort that I was able to do given this stage
of planetary medical evolution. You are encouraged by me to apply all your
means
to physical well-being and health.
To experience the mansion worlds is to discover how ever-present erosion is
on an evolutionary world. It is a constant struggle to maintain and to build
while housed in physical form. One must not give up on that effort as long as
life pulses through your veins.
Every soul is a receptor for the experience of God. There are no mistakes
as to why or where you are at this point in time, for you are accumulating the
experiences that God is seeking in time and space.
Challenges can bring the feeling of "why me?" Be strong. Stand up
straight. Push forward and carry on, for your experiences with these challenges
are so unique that the growth of our God of time requires your interface.
Father
within does struggle with you. He does not stand by and idly watch you
perform.
He is directly invested. When burdens feel oppressive think not of yourself as
crushed beneath them, but rather that you are sitting upon them, for we must be
honest and know that burdens simply do not dissipate with the wave of a hand.
They may be as huge as a granite rock; you may have to struggle with them, but
you can look at yourself as standing upon them rather than crushed beneath
them.
It is a turn of the mind that encourages overcoming those burdens.
Deborah bids farewell. She gives love.

Tom: Thank you, Daniel.

Evelyn: In our reading Wednesday it came up how, at the outbreak of
rebellion, certain members of the Prince's staff went into rebellion. Of the
others, all but Van of the loyal staff were hauled back to Jerusem. Similarly
with Adam and Eve's children, except they got to choose to go or stay. Still,
the planet lost a lot of loyal, valuable workers in those two incidents. The
staff departure coincided with the arrival of the Melchizedek receivership, a
changing of the guard. From my human perspective it seems that, not only do we
have the rebellion to put up with but, we are being deprived of these people who
could help the most. What is the wisdom to that pattern?

* Elyon: This is Elyon, I will take your question.
Years ago I was asked if anyone moved on from the system while the
rebellion and the quarantine were in effect. I answered by saying that, when
there is a fire to put out, no one wished to leave. Here, in regard to your
question, I would turn the metaphor that when a fire breaks out all must get
out.
True, the planet was in peril, but the things of greatest value to Michael were
the souls and personalities and spirits at stake, the ones in danger. That is
why they were rescued. It did leave a mess, but there was more time available
for the rectification of these errors than there was for the well-being of the
souls and spirits involved.
And there was this legal matter of free will. Lucifer had asserted that
Michael was preventing all from having free will. The errors of these leaders
had to be shown by the due course of their own actions and consequences. It
would have been futile to argue them out. It would have contributed to his
accusations to have brought them summarily to a close. Therefore the
retreat was
enacted.
Many centuries have gone by and the regrouping and the re-engagement of
ministering forces upon this world, not much time from my perspective. It was
not long after these series of failures upon this world that the greatest gift
that could happen to any planet was decided and occurred, and that is Michael's
bestowal presence in human form.
Many teachers in this mission outreach share your concern for the
well-being of this planet and the rectification of the wounds and damages that
have occurred. That is why we serve.
The population of this world was not as large as it is today. The welfare
of the human creatures was not in danger. At that stage of your planet's
evolution it could continue on without the services of the Prince's staff and
still progress, but the serious consequences of this outbreak of rebellion
rested
more upon the spirit entities that were engaged and enlisted in service on this
world. While, indeed, it affected humankind, it really was a dispute of a
celestial order. Urantia had to suffer as a victim, innocent as it was, the
calamities that befell those who were residing upon this world at that time.
I hope I have been helpful.
Evelyn: Yes, I think so. Thanks.

* Elyon: Carry always the torch of the light of Michael. Hold it high that
others may see, high enough that many will see. Know that if you follow the
advice of Evanson you must yourself be that torch; you must yourself burn
brightly that all may see. You are the emitter of the light of Michael.
Consider it no longer merely a possession but consider it you. You have days
ahead of you to work out this process and to experience it directly in your own
faith experience. Walk in him always.
Take care.
