Bethera on 'The Scope of Teacher Activities'

M:  Would it be your pleasure to comment on the scope of the activity
which humanity is called to, is assuming, in the role of participants
in the Correcting Time?

Bethera:  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  Dear M, if you are stating by this question, 'Are
we aware of the awakening occurring, worldwide?'  Most certainly+ACE-
'Are we participants within this effort of awakening?  Most certainly+ACE-
We are ones who sound the alarm--'It is time to arise, Urantia.  It is
time to awaken and face a new day in your experience, in your
evolution.'  Are we working in ways which are not directly identified
by the term, 'the Teaching Mission?  Most certainly, this is true for
some of us--not all.  There is, indeed, a differentiation I will make.
Some Teachers devote themselves fully, entirely, in their efforts to
this Teaching Mission as it evolves, and others are free to offer
their loving care elsewhere.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  But, we all work, M.  This is
a definition of the job.  +IBw-We labor for the Lord,+IB0- I would say.
+AFs-Note:  the Oakland TM group created custom +IBw-Light and Life+IB0- tee
shirts for the SpiritFest conference.+AF0-  Perhaps, as you now develop
tee shirts with sweet, kind slogans which will help to shape your
consciousness, we Teachers, also, might consider tee shirts with
slogans such as, +IBw-Laborers for the Lord,+IB0-  +IBw-God+IBk-s Servants,+IB0- +IBw-Time and
Space Instructors,+IB0-  +IBw-Teachers Now, Finaliters Later+ACEgHQ- (Group
Laughter)   I spin my wheels, but I enjoy the laughter in response.

+AFs-Smiling+AF0-  You are our companions and we, indeed, at times--believe
this or not--find ourselves modeling ourselves in some ways after your
own behaviors.  There are many Teachers that I know of--I will name
one who is dear to me, the Teacher Tarkas--who comes from a planet of
Light and Life.  And with much joy has engaged himself in this
discovery of Urantia humor.  He loves what you, now, call,
'knee-slappers.'  He enjoys the casualness, the ironies.  He is
discovering a part of himself in this work, which even on a planet
such as his, did not fully blossom until now.  Does this give you some
further insight into the way in which any material existence, any
time-and-space world-life is still limited in some manner, in some
way.  There is no time-and-space life which will +IBw-have it all,+IB0- you
might say.  And, therefore, Tarkas grows, now, also.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  We
all grow, my dear children.  We all grow.  And, this is the marvelous
adventure of it all+ACE-  That we continue to discover ourselves as we
continue to offer ourselves to others.  And, this is the magic, the
elixir for us, as Teachers in our role, now, with you.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-
You, indeed, are the +IBw-bubbles in the brew,+IB0- at times, I would say.  Is
there a further question, now?

Student:  Bethera, we know of Teachers working with groups and
individuals in various parts of this country, and various parts of our
world.  I+IBk-m just curious if there are...I believe there are Missions
like this going on in other worlds.  Do Teachers go between groups of
different worlds, or is that a little difficult to explain?

Bethera:  +AFs-Long Pause+AF0-  I have received permission to say that there
are some within our Mission, now, who have vast experience in this
form of outreach and recovery within the local universe.  I am not
permitted to state, in detail, names.  But, I would definitely say
that there are some Teachers, who by their very persona, their
presence, their +IBw-savoir faire,+IB0- express themselves as...(tape
reverses) +AFs-well-educated, experienced Teachers who have much
background in this work from their experiences in Teaching Missions on
other planets+AF0-...In that sense, you can be assured that there are many
skilled instructors who work with the rest of us in this Campaign.  I
hope my question has provided you with a broadened perspective, and I
do not intend any sense of coyness in my answer.  But, I have received
only this limited permission to discuss this topic, now.

Student:  That+IBk-s OK.  I appreciate it.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  We get plenty of
'coyness' in my group.  (Group laughter.)

Bethera:  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  Very good.

Student:  On a subject along those same lines, I was also just curious
if, due to this Mission, are the Teachers required, are they
available, to actually travel to our world?  In this instance, are
they here as a 'presence,' or are they actually here, visiting
Urantia?

Bethera:  Are you asking, Am I present, now, in this room with you?
for example?

Student:  Well, I would say there might be a difference between your
speaking, which is probably far beyond us, as far as being +IBw-present,+IB0-
and actually being physically present--meaning do you actually
transport via transportation to a world?  You know, Rayson has spoken
of meeting with his +IBw-higher-ups+IB0- and contemporaries in the Mariposa
Grove.  Does that mean via energy circuits?  Then I would understand.
But I+IBk-m just curious.  Do they actually travel?  Do they +IBw-sojourn+IB0- for
a bit?

Bethera:  We have a variance, a variety of capacities, in this ability
to communicate and travel.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  None, of course, are
omnipresent.  Any Teachers must move from location to location, even
if the time span is most instantaneous.  There are some among us who
have a great range in their ability of--I would define it, now, with
limitations upon this word--of +IBw-manifestation.+IB0-  They can +IBw-manifest+IB0-
themselves, indeed, in +IBw-the here and now,+IB0- if you will, or, indeed,
communicate from a distance.  They are not limited to being within the
physical presence of  their students in order to communicate.  There
are other Teachers who are more constrained in their capacities.
Therefore, there is no one answer.  +AFs-Smiling+AF0-  But, I would say to you
that if your sense of this impressive Teacher, Rayson, is that he has
great flexibility in his manner of being, in his mode of
communication, indeed, in his teaching style, then this, perhaps, will
draw you back to your previous question of, +IBw-Are there experienced
instructors among us in this Mission?+IB0-  Is this enough of an answer
for you, now?

Student:  Oh, yes.

Bethera:  Very good.

L:  You mentioned, +IBw-Are you here, now?+IB0-  Are you here, now?  In the
presence of us, here?  Are you in this room?

Bethera:  I exist in this moment of time with you, and in this
three-dimensional reality, but I cause no movement of molecules, or
atoms, at my vibrational rate.  Is this understandable?

L:  Yes. It is.

Bethera:  Very good.
