Greetings this is Serenia (T/R Thea)  I think it might be easiest this 
evening with the amount of time which we have is we simply talk a bit 
together and I make myself available for a few questions and comment on 
the ongoing progress that this group is making. I applaud your attempts 
to experiment and continue to experiment with what will work best for 
your sharing times and other things with this group. You are better to 
have some failures or semi-failures as you would see them, in the process 
of continuing experimentation than to settle too quickly on one or 
another. You are doing well. We enjoy watching your efforts and to us, 
they are not failures. I will be happy when you understand more about 
learning and recognize that your attempts to meet your mutual needs are 
successes, based on the motivation/direction of your desire. Failure is 
an interesting concept. It is dependent in your situation on assessment 
of specific outcomes. You do not see far enough down the road to the 
outcomes to access whether or not it is a failure.

Delores: That must be pretty neat to watch. 

Serenia: Actually, it is. There is a pattern in all of your interactions 
as your personalities meet and mingle, or not, that is not un-akin to 
watching a moving, shifting, art form. We have spoken to you of this 
before.

Delores: I transcribed you, last week, and you had talked about our 
shapes and if we get to know each other, learn each other's shapes 
better, then we can learn how to meet and grow together. So, are those 
shapes... personality?

Serenia: Those shapes are your personality extension into your world. 
They are destined to grow increasingly intricate and large, in a sense 
different than purely material/spatial relation. 

Delores: Duh....(laughing)

Serenia: You have, as a core aspect of yourself, the God given 
personality. But from the moment of birth when you receive this, it has 
with the natural motion of all personality, reached out to express itself 
through the acquisition of experience. It is an intricate weaving between 
you and your environment/experience.  Personality reaches out to obtain 
experience and then to integrate that experience with all other 
experiences that you have. This is something completely separate from the 
brain structure, and actually  although it utilizes the mind, it also 
creates something separate from the mind structure, which is provided to 
you by the Universe Mother Spirit. This is part of what comes with you as 
the record of your life experience  which is permanent. The personality 
made by God, keeps those values, permanently. And this is true even for 
those personalities who choose not to survive, although they do not 
survive as an intact personality, those records do yet become a part of 
the Supreme in their own manner when that time comes.  For no vital, 
living, reality experience is ever lost. The end results of certain 
interactions may be lost, and need to be replaced in new and different 
ways. The further you develop in the Universe the more easily you can 
perceive the personalities of one another. This is part of how you come 
more and more to look like you truly are.

Mark: So how much of us is actually here? I mean, How much of our 
personality is actually apparent on this planet?

Serenia: Oh. Your personality, of course, is entirely present, and not 
very apparent. One of the restrictions, this is something LinEl spoke 
with you about in slightly different terms recently, one of the 
restrictions/limitations that this planet imposes on you, is 
extraordinary impoverishment of personality expression. You recognize 
this when you speak about your families where you were "squashed" as you 
put it. You do not recognize that even in the best of families on 
Urantia, the options are narrow, tiny, cramped! Personality expression on 
this planet is...I will not say a joke...because it is too painful to 
see. But it is tiny and weak. This is one of the reasons you struggle so 
inside. You feel ...the pressure. A part of you wants to truly expand 
into your world.

Delores: Like a terrarium where the plants have been there too long and 
the glass keeps us inside but we keep growing and growing and we can't 
get out!

Serenia: Indeed. You are encased in something far too small for what you 
are. But this is not your body. There are limitations and restrictions on 
this planet that really have not been discussed, in depth. You have a lot 
to work with as it is, but the ramifications of the Lucifer Rebellion and 
the Default are still.... hazy in your minds? as painful as it may seem? 
Were we to tell you all of them it would be perhaps too grim. As you 
discover them, as you are ready to accept and understand it, you find 
ways to work around, as you spoke of your student, Mark, earlier. All of 
you, find, and will increasingly find, ways to work around these 
limitations and attain much of what you desire anyway. This is where the 
inherent creativity of personality is such a bonus because even in this 
tiny, narrow, constricted, place.... you ...do... wonders. The rich 
colors of reality POUR out of you in spite of the gray world you live in. 
But we have come that there will be more. More of everything. That we can 
help you find as many work-arounds as possible. 

Hughsie: That sounds suspiciously like hope.

Serenia: If you could see what we can see, there would no longer be any 
question about hope. and of all the things I most yearn to be able to 
give you that I cannot merely give you, I believe it would be that, for 
this is the planet of hopelessness, of victimhood. Not because it lacks 
hope but because the beliefs have so long overpowered you that it is so 
hard for you to see it. You have an idea of death for example on this 
world that is almost inconceivable to most worlds. To you, it speaks of 
an end, of an annihilation, of something so unreal that when I first came 
here I had a hard time grasping what you believed, what you felt, what 
you were crushingly burdened with. I can tell ,you we can study, even on 
the mansion worlds in our classrooms, but when we come here and we see 
you, we want to scoop you all up and take you  home. There is hope and 
hope and hope, There is EVERY hope for you in the middle of this mire, 
yet find blooming moments. Every one of you. Unfortunately, you tend to 
count your lives by ..the other moments. There is a reason why the 
Urantia Book says for you to collect your best memories and hold to them 
fast for in some cases these are the only reality moments you will have 
had. You do not understand yet the number of reality moments you collect 
by your mere presence in this group, by your willingness to come. For you 
have amongst you, between you, reality levels that are far in advance of 
most of this planet. 

Delores: Ooooh.......excuse me, but I realized that those people who say 
they can't think...some of them may never have experienced a reality 
moment?

Serenia: There is thinking and then there is thinking.

Delores: But you know what I mean, if you don't have those, it is very 
bleak.

Serenia: I wish I could show you.... images that we learn from. There was 
conversation between this transmitter and another person in the teaching 
mission recently, in which it was revealed that pageantry, which is as 
close as I can come to what you would call it, is used on the mansion 
worlds to teach. What you may not understand is that pageantry ,as a 
concept, can be much smaller than the large scale affairs. It is a form 
of dramatization and it you could see the unfolding drama, even in this 
room, if you could see the hope-light of that ...of your own makings, 
every one of you! you would be illuminated yourselves  by that light. But 
you are extraordinary blind here to your own and one another's emanations 
of reality. It is as though you are all near-sighted, semi-deaf, and 
every other sense blunted. Part of this is because, as you know from 
emotional issues, excess sensitivity is difficult in the face of terror. 
You are, as you have used the term, dumbed down, dulled down, in ways you 
even now do not yet recognize. Yet there is not a heart ,in this room, 
without hope living there. For within your hearts is  the love of the 
adjuster, is the connection to all that is good and true and beautiful.; 
something you can not kill.; something you can not chase away; something 
no amount of "bad behavior" will ever lead to desert you.  Therefore 
indeed I would say if you seek hope, seek your Stillness. Find a way. If 
one way doesn't work try another and another, even  as you experiment in 
this group with finding what works. 
I wonder if there is a way that I could tell you. What an irony it is 
that planet Urantia, is in a sense, a very emblem of hope, for where is 
hope more beautifully presented than the last place you would think to 
look. Where is courage more blazingly obvious than in the face of this 
much darkness. You will prevail. This world will prevail. 

Delores: So this is the dark ages, huh?

Serenia: We like to think of this as the dawn coming. It is already no 
longer as dark as it was. Think of your own lives. Realistically. 
Honestly. No matter how difficult, you do know more than you did five 
years ago.

Alan: Oh yeah!

Serenia: And you have more skills. More colors of paint in your palette. 
Are there any questions before I take my leave?

Delores: Just about the transcripts and posting them on the internet. 
We've been hearing about how horrible this planet is for five years but 
some of those people haven't heard some of these heart wrenching 
descriptions....and so...I don't know....

Serenia: Ask yourself whether or not reality is useful and whether or not 
we have a capacity in expressing reality in a useful way. What has this 
meant to you?

Delores: Eyes open. Walls fall down.

Serenia: Those who do not have the ears to hear will not hear. And if 
they are frightened and they run away, they may also run back. True, 
there are things in transcripts which never had any intention of being 
publicly displayed. But, by and large, most of our teaching words are 
"fit to print" as you might say. I, personally, would like to thank you 
for the work that you did transcribing and to encourage you to continue.

Delores: You're welcome and  I intend to,

Serenia: We have no other way of reaching beyond this room. On another 
occasion, I hope to be able to sing to you my words. This is something I 
enjoy very much and although my words at the moment dismay this 
transmitter ( group laughter) I will be trying to make this happen on a 
regular basis. It is a free will choice, but it is nevertheless something 
I request.

You are... so precious to me. You are.... an experience of a lifetime, 
indeed and my lifetime. I expect to be very long. It is the satisfaction 
of every teacher to see students who are loyal to truth they hate, if 
this makes any sense to you, dear ones. The time will come when the love 
will happen. This is a world where good must be wrought out of bad. I 
thank you for your loyalty. I thank you. And I will return soon and am 
looking forward to some transmissions where more of us teachers can share 
at a time.  Farewell until I greet you again and know the Father's love 
sings in every heart. It is the hope of all the cosmos. Where the Father 
is there is always hope and the Father is everywhere.
