The Light and Life website and publications comprise a
spirit-driven enterprise which will plow new ground in
publishing and enhance the spiritualization of our planet.
With an operation that now focuses on low-cost delivery of
messages that promote Truth, Beauty and Goodness, commercial
profits are a secondary consideration at this time in our
development.
By building a comprehensive and valuable spiritual site on the
World Wide Web, we will reach increasing numbers of people with
the messages to which we are committed, while simultaneously
enhancing the publications as a marketing medium. L&L
publications will serve these roles:
1. Introduce altruistic spiritual journalism to the world,
without dogma and with respect for people’s views and for all
paths to God.
2. Introduce the Fifth Epochal Revelation to the world in the
form of the Urantia papers, providing a foundation of
cosmological truth that can enhance the spirituality of
traditional and new age spiritualists, agnostics and atheists as
well.
3. Establish and maintain an aura of respectful and insightful
debate on spiritual issues, as with the Temple of Urmia from the
Urantia Book.
4. Promote the principle of a continuing living relationship
with God, a personal religion.
5. Promote the practice of daily Stillness to develop spiritual
awareness and upreach and bring Eastern-Western concepts
together.
6. Provide marketing assistance to spiritually inspired authors
and artists.
7. Showcase the works of spiritually-assisted creators.
8. Showcase an array of new celestial transmissions coming
through in these quickening times of spiritual ferment.
9. Report as news the events and perceptions within the planet’s
Correcting Time phase, times of remarkable change and
opportunity.
10. Report on new contact phenomena such as crop circles,
channelings, new ministries and worship styles, emerging
movements and churches.
11. Promote the concept of God-centeredness to further advance
the self-centered discoveries embodied within the Mind, Body,
Spirit movements.
12. Find spiritual solutions to the topical concerns of the day
and bring them forth via gifted thinkers and writers.
13. Promote specifically the teachers and administrators of the
Teaching Mission, which embodies a comprehensive and unified
Melchizedek curriculum designed for our world.
14. Expand inner spiritual knowledge via the development of
balanced lives and constant spiritual attunement.
15. Develop the open-minded exploratory concept for world
religionists, so that the many faiths can learn to coalesce in
mutual love and without divisive judgments built upon faulty
foundations.
16. Maintain a constant focus on the virtues of Light and Life
and take incremental steps toward bringing it to our planet.
17. Expose evil and corruption by airing informed opinions that
turn our minds and hearts toward a higher and greater society
and away from selfish and self-serving interests.
18. Reduce fear of dogma and reliance on it in order to discover
the greater spiritual truths; assist readers in reaching above
and beyond the shackles of imperfect scripture and the illogical
constrictions of organized religion.
19. Promote the programs of the Association for Light and Life,
which promotes common spiritual ground and unity.
20. Develop the Healing Fields as a center for spiritual and
holistic healing publications; showcase new discoveries and
insights.
21. Provide a huge collection of exploratory and research links
on planetary spirituality for researchers and seekers.
22. Employ the library and catalog to help honest creators sell
their products; develop the library into a vast reading room on
spiritual subjects.
23. Develop other products to serve the mission, such as books,
booklets, calendars, day books, compact discs and broadcasting.
24. Provide an open door of participation to others wishing to
be involved in spiritual publishing with these values.
25. Encourage debate and resolution on provocative subjects that
have been beyond the realm of consideration because of
superstitious and uninformed dogma; bring these subjects to the
forefront so that they can be dealt with in the light of reason
and respect, and unified with spiritual values.
26. Develop a new paradigm and maintain a continuing pattern for
collaborative ministry and business enterprises in the new
world; set an example that works.
27. Expand inner knowledge of spiritual truths which can enhance
our lives and build a greater world.
28. Present the new and real Jesus, Son of God and Son of Man,
to the planet; develop these Jesusonian principles and the
Michael of Nebadon realities of the Urantia papers.
29. Foster the Golden Rule. Respect the views of those whom you
would want to respect your views. Find common truths and build
upon them.
30. Actively network the planet via our media, so that worldwide
communications can be expedited and maximized and spiritual
forces can be united in promoting true values.
31. Support and participate in other spiritual publishing
endeavors such as the archiving of celestial transcripts,
facilitating transmissions and interactions with other
personalities of the universe, co-sponsoring and reporting on
major conferences.
32. Promote the practices of worship, prayer, meditation,
forgiveness and service to enhance our daily lives and the lives
of those around us.
33. Stay attuned via our own transmitting and receiving in order
to remain on the crest of the new wave in spiritual publishing;
seek ever-stronger, ever-deeper and ever-truer connections to
celestial guidance for personal growth and collective success.
In seeking to fulfill these roles, the Light and Life
publications have developed a unique content that promises to
have wide appeal to the spiritually inquisitive reader of the
new century.
So these commitments serve to produce an exciting publications
network with great potential to be developed as a marketing
services organization.
Persons interested in involvement and/or support of these
publishing projects are encouraged to explore the site and
express your interests. We are pleased to hear from all
spiritual seekers with publishing aspirations.
There is a great potential for developing the Light and Life
Journal into a major commercial publication with a broad
audience. Development of a new magazine in these times requires
much risk capital, savvy and determination. With many years of
editorial experience, L&L is interested in discussing these
ideas with potential investors who can partner and co-finance
this kind of enterprise.
Such an enterprise should be based on reaching vast numbers of
additional people with our powerful content, and earning the
dollars to support other underfinanced spiritual creators who
are working toward Light and Life.
If you would like to help us bring light to lives and work for
Light and Life, we welcome your response.
