religion and claimed
that God supports them in the cause. Since Judas Escariot acted
on behalf of his religion,
receiving due payment for services, was God on his side too?
Many old people live lonely
lives, hungry for a smile, a little recognition, yearning to
continue being of value to the world. Reach out and show them a
little caring love.
Fathers
and sons have often anguished for mutual understanding and
appreciation.
Restless and hungry youth forever clashes with the mature
teachings of elders, calling for a
higher level of faith to know that our evolutionary plan
proceeds as designed,
and we will be both young and old in our day.
We are like birds perched upon
our lines of mortal life, flying and flapping and always
following our thread, continually hurting those we love and
asking forgiveness, always
wandering between what is more and what is less.
Make a
joyful noise and sow some of your unique seeds, for your life's
dance is
transient,
and your loved ones can disappear when you least expect it.
Appreciate them now.
The slow
demise of small towns and villages is a sad reminder that
nothing lasts in mortal life,
even the simple and good things, and all grows old.
Places disappear that live indelibly in our memories during our
transitional time.
Life
hurls at lot at us. We wish to be okay, to be a good person,
through it all,
to endure without falling apart, and without ever having to
whine about it.
As noted
in the Bible’s Book of Ecclesiastes, mankind will face various
seasons from birth to death,
and there is a time ordained for these experiences.
